Pair of houses. Mid C19. Yellow brick with stucco facade. Four storeys and basement. four bays incorporating two storey three-window bows. Full height recessed entrance bay with porch to left, and two storey entrance bay with porch to right. Double doors with overlights in pilastered porch with round arches and console keystone. Stucco enrichments to pilasters and in spandrels. Modillion cornice. Vermiculated quoins throughout. Ground floor; elliptical-arched sashes with glazing bars and impost blocks. Iron first floor balcony to bows on consoles. Sashes with glazing bars (with blind boxes to left) divided by composite pilasters. Consoles and parapet with roundel motif. Second floor sashes with cornices on enriched consoles, broken pediments to left. Above, sashes or casements in eared architraves. Sashes in eared architraves with cornices to entrance bays. Cornice.
