Brick. Plaintile roofs. One storey. North side is entrance. Gable ends of east and west wings close facade with Dutch gables. Gabled entrance with double-leaf timber studded door. Casements mainly C18, but five retains a two-light sunk-quadrant moulded window. Two ridge stacks to north and south wings, one to others. North-east stack with stone sundial slab dated 1738. In centre of court is a cast-iron hexagonal water pump.
