Details
1. BARTHOLOMEW STREET 5127 Nos 59 and 60 SU 4666 NE 7/31 II GV
2 Early C19 pair of shops. Two storeys. Two windows each. Slate roofs with brick stacks. Brick front; tile-hung south gable. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with original glazing bars. No 59, modern shopfront. No 60, original shop front with pilasters carrying entablature with scrolled ends and projecting cornice; chop doorway with fanlight; altered shop window. Former passageway entrance to Vine Cottages (see No 61, Bartholomew Street) now blocked.
