DURSLEY BULL PITCH ST 7597 (north side) 7/7 No 21 (Fairview) GV II
Town house in row. c1820 for John Jenkins, carrier. Ashlar limestone; ashlar and rebuilt brick chimneys; replacement tile roof. Three-storey. Front: 3-window sash fenestration all with plain keyed architraves; sills linked by plain bands. Twelve-pane sashes to ground and middle floors; 9-pane to upper floor. False painted sashes to centre over pedimented doorway with panelled architraves and later C19 glazed door. Plain stone plinth and corner pilasters; moulded eaves cornice with end returns. Plain end gables with ridge-mounted chimney to each. Tall round-arched staircase sash to rear elevation, and 12-pane sashes with cambered arches. Interior not inspected. (A.
