Small house. Dated 1725 at 1st floor. Coursed squared sandstone rubble, composition tile roof, brick chimney. Transitional double-depth 2-unit plan with catslide roof to single-storey rear. 2 low storeys and 2 windows; doorway offset left with rectangular lintel, set-in wooden doorcase and renewed studded board door with strap hinges; 3-light sliding sash windows on both floors, with glazing bars (probably renewed); and datestone between the upper windows inscribed "1725" (probably renewed). Gable chimney to the right. Long catslide roof to rear. Forms part of a group.
