GV II

Farmhouse. Early C17. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof: stone end stacks finished in C17 brick flues; large stone external stack to front of service wing. L-plan with service wing to front left. 2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range to triple-gabled front. Gabled stone slate roof to late C19 timber porch; timber lintel over C20 door. Timber lintels over Cl9 three-light casements with iron opening lights; concrete lintel over widened 4-light window to left of door; timber lintels over C20 dormer casements. 3-storey one-bay wing to rear. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest, (Buildings of England: Oxfordshire: p630)
