House, now offices. Early C18 and C19, but pre-review list description refers to C15 arch to facade. Rendered and colourwashed brick. Slate roof. 2 storeys in 4 wide bays interrupted by a wide, square-headed, carriage entrance in second bay (from left). C20 glazed door to right. Fenestration of sashes, 4 of which are tripartite, all C20, all with glazing bars. Gabled roof. One red-brick ridge stack left of centre, and one gault-brick stack on rear roof slope right of centre. The latter is an internal gable-end stack of the C19 cross wing to rear. Rear of main wall rendered and colorwashed to north, possibly timber-framed. INTERIOR. Much altered. One chamfered bridging beam to ground floor and a boxed cross beam. Upper floors not inspected.
