Details

SW 97 NE ST ENDELLION TRELIGHTS 4/149 Trelights Farmhouse - GV II Farmhouse, now associated with church. Circa early C19, possibly with earlier origins extended to rear in early to mid C19 with further mid-late C20 extension. Stone rubble with slate roof with hipped ends. Brick chimney stacks in hipped ends. Circa early C19 range of 2 room and cross passage plan with stair in projection to rear of passage. Further 2-room wing added to rear of right-hand room producing an overall 'L' shaped plan. Further low 2-storey 1-room extension added on right-hand hipped end. 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window south front. Ground floor with 2 tall late C19 2- light casements on ground floor with dressed stone segmental arches. Central entrance with C19 6-panel door and fanlight in lean-to stone rubble C20 porch. First floor with 3 C19 16-pane sashes. 2-storey extension on right with C20 fenestration. 2 storey C19 rear projecting wing with regular 3-window east front with brick segmental arches to openings. Ground floor with dairy window to left and C19 12-pane sash on right. Central C19 6-panel door and early C20 brick porch with slate lean-to roof. First floor with central blocked opening flanked by 2 C19 16-pane sashes. Interior Partitions flanking cross passage removed. Left-hand roof and passage with C19 plaster cornices. C19 open well stair originally with wreathed and ramped rail, partly replaced in late C20. Rear projecting wing with C19 fireplace and ceiling beams. Circa early to mid C19 roof trusses in main range and rear projecting wing.
