Circa 1900 and so similar to No 45 Cannon Street that it, too, must be by Essex, Goodman and Nicol. Pink terracotta; slate roof. Four storeys; four bays gently curving with the street. Ground floor with modern shop front. First floor with canted bay windows rising through two storeys and terminating in balconies. The lights have ause-de-panier arches and pretty, detached scrolly members end are linked vertically by baluster-like shafts. Third floor with paired arched lights within ogee-cum-semi-circular pedimented attics against the roof.
