House. Probably c.1800, extended c.1830-40, plus a later addition to the rear. Handmade brown brick in Flemish bond, with stone slate roof, and coursed squared sandstone with slate roof. Double-depth plan with back extension. Two storeys, 3+2 windows, with a vertical joint between the portions, and a continuous moulded gutter cornice. The 3-window brick portion to the left has a doorway in the 3rd bay with glazed and panelled door protected by a prominent flat canopy on large shaped brackets and flanked by narrow side windows with raised sills and wedge lintels, and unhorned sashed windows with raised sills and wedge lintels, all of 16 panes except those in the centre which have 12 panes. The 2-window portion to the right has raised rusticated quoins to the outer corner, and similar 16-pane sashed windows. Ridge chimney at the junction, and gable chimneys. INTERIOR remodelled.
