Farmhouse. At NGR 723808. C17 origin with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Rubble rendered, double Roman tiled roof with raised coped verges to rear gable, gable stacks. L-plan, through passage. 3 storeys and 2 windows, front has gable end to left and gable rising nearly to ridge, all windows C19 2- and 3-light casements, 2-light fixed light in gable, gabled porch has plank door with glass insertion and inner plank and batten door with decorative strap hinges; 1½ storey wing to right with 2-light casement; battered walls. Left return has two C19 cross windows at ground floor and 3-light casement, first floor two 3-light casements, attic window with ventilation-louvres; right return has 2-light casement at ground and first floor. Rear has single storey lean-to with plank door and 3-light casement with ovolo mullions and surround, C19 3-light casement at first floor and 2-light at 2nd floor; rear wing has C19 addition with segmental-headed arch, 2 inner doors with glass insertions, 2-light casement at first floor and attic window of 2 lights. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams, ground floor front room has C18 cupboard with shaped shelves. East wing has 3-bay roof, west wing 4-bay, 2 very heavy collars to east, both with 2 rows of purlins, former window in wall between 2 roofs. In poor condition at time of survey (September, 1984) badly attacked by dry rot.
