SU 82 SW TROTTON WITH CHITHURST PETERSFIELD ROAD 10/17C The Dovecot at Trotton Place to the north east 18.6.59 of the house. - II* Dovecote. Dated 1626 with the initials "C R" over the doorway. Square building with a gable to each face. Coursed stone rubble. Tiled roof. Low doorway on south side with elliptical head. Windows over it with 2 lights and stone mullions. The interior retains its nesting boxes.
