(Formerly listed as The Abbey Barn Inn and attached house to right, Farm Road (East side))

Inn and house, Late C19 by G.J. Skipper for Paget Family of Cranmore Hall (q.v. Cranmore Civil Parish). Ashlar, plain tile roofs, coped verges, ashlar stacks with moulded caps, some grouped. Tudor style. Single storey and attic, 2 storeys, and 2 storeys and attic, 2:1:2: bays, 2 and 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, 2 on first floor in gabled half-dormer with transoms, third bay from left with a 2-storey canted bay window, 5-lights, cornice, lead roof. Three door openings; to left ribbed door with strap hinges, moulded stone surround with a 4-centred arch head, mullioned transomlight. in centre C20 half-glazed door in a stone surround with large semi-circular stone hood on brackets. To right, recessed door opening, 6-panelled door, above a lozenge-shaped recess, Part of an important group of buildings in the centre of the village.
