2. C17 timber-framed and plastered house with C18 external features. A C19 brick house at the north end (painted) is now incorporated in the inn. Two storeys. The south part has one window range, a double-hung sash with glazing bars on the first storey and a C20 window in C18 style on the ground storey. The centre part has 2 window range, casements with glazing bars. Roofs tiled at 2 levels, with a gambrel roof at the south end. The north block has 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The ground storey windows are 3-light and the window and door at the north end have pilasters and a continuous cornice above. Roof slate.
