2. Large timber-framed and weather-boarded double aisled barn, partly with a brick base. Five bays, with a central gabled entrance bay on the north-east side. The construction of the barn is similar to that of The Barn, Prior's Hall, Widdington and The Barn, Power's Hall, Whitham and suggests mediaeval origin. The tie beams have double arched braces and a crown post with longitudinal arched braces. The outshot tie beams to the aisles have diagonal braces. The roof is tiled, hipped at the north-west end and half hipped at the south-east end.
