Dated 1850. Farmhouse and barn in one range. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables, Stone brackets (paired to south east). 2 storeys. South east elevation has: Ground floor; Central doorway with stone surround. Two 3-light stone mullioned windows (double lintel). First floor; Two 3-light stone mullioned windows (double lintel). One 2-light stone mullioned window (double lintel). All windows have pronounced sills. Barn has: Large doorway with semi-circular arched head, stone surrounds and tie-stones with pronounced keystone and datestone over which reads: B J & S Carr House 1850 Above datestone is light with semi-circular false arch. Entrance with stone sur- rounds to each side. North West elevation (house) has: Ground floor; Lean-to extension. Two 2-light stone mullioned windows. First floor; Three 2-light stone mullioned windows. North West elevation (barn) has: Entrance with stone surround. First floor; One 2-light window with mullion removed.
