GV II
House: dated 1770 with C20 alterations and additions. Rendered brick with Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 plastered chimneys, 2-storey, 2-bay front. Windows are 3-light wooden casements with applied lead glazing. Between upper windows is a plaque reading JEB 1770. Lower C20 addition to the left has a door in a rock-faced rubble surround.
