Timber-framed house of C17 origin considerably altered in the C20 and a
large modern addition at the north end. Two storeys. The timber-framing
is exposed on the upper storey. A 2 storeyed gabled porch has been added
to the centre of the front. Roof thatched, with a central chimney stack
with cruciform shafts set diagonally. (RCHM 14).
