6/207 Church House and Ravenstone [formerly listed as premises 14/4/1967 occupied by Darlington (Decorator) and house adjoining to N.premises occupied by Darlington]

GV II

2 houses: early C19 with C20 alterations. Flemish bond red brick on chamfered stone plinth. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge. 2 brick chimneys; 2½-storey, 5-bay front. Windows are 12-pane sashes with cambered brick heads (2 with stone key blocks) and stone sills. 2 C20 doorcases with triangular pediments, the door to Church House of 6 moulded panels with lozenge shaped fields, door to Ravenstone of 4 panels. Half storey has 3, 9-pane windows and a 6-pane sash, 2 to left have simple iron balconies.
