Detached house. Mid C19. Rendered with roughcast faced returns, slate roof, brick end stacks with decorative chimney pots. Mair range and small rear wing at right angles to left, 2 storeys an small attic window in right gable end. 2 windows, 20-pane sashes in form of margin lights with central recessed blind arch of 2- storeys with square blind window recess on ground floor. Recessed doorcase on left hand return with semi-circular soffit, decorative radial fanlight, 6-panel door, fielded, and openwork timber porch with flat roof and Chinoiserie patterns. Front has overhanging moulded wood eaves modillion cornice. Small rear wing has pantile roof, 3-light C19 casement on each floor.
