Millers house with attached mill to left. Coursed and squared rubble, mill with slate roof, house with tile and concrete tile roofs, some stone tiles to the eaves on the frontage, brick stacks, coped verges and copings at the roof divisions, freestone dressings. Two and three storeys. House symmetrical, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows in architraves, outer ones are paired with a central dividing mullion; central door opening, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed, triangular stone hood on backets. Mill to left of a single bay, ground drops away at rear to form a basement attic; 3-light plain stone-mullioned windows, one mullion in upper window replaced in wood, leaded lights to upper windows, late C20 casement inserted to each light of lower windows; divided plank door to ground floor in moulded stone architrave, divided plank loading door to first floor in wooden frame. Interior of mill contains a full set of working machinery with large internal iron mill wheel to the extreme left of ground floor, 2 sets of stones with hoppers and storage bins, wooden drive wheels with iron spindles. Interior of house with late C19 fireplace to right of ground floor, To be used as a museum.
