C18. Stuccoed with cornice and coped parapet. Western 5 bay extension with facade of painted brick and slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows and 2 dormers. Sashes, glazing bars intact to 1st floor windows. Doorway with entablature, cornice, pilasters and rectangular fanlight. Queen Street facade has 2 windows with iron balconettes to those of 1st floor and door with entablature, cornice and pilasters. Further range of 1 storey, 2 windows. Important corner position at road junction.

The Thomas Tripp and West End House (a building of local interest) form a group
with Ye Olde Englishman Public House on Queen Street.
