Cottage. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber framed with rendered brick and block nogging; thatched roof. Baffle-entry plan of 3 framed bays. One storey and attic. Brick ridge stack above door to left of centre, 2 gabled eaves dormers to right with C20 two-light diamond-leaded casements. Framing: square panels, 2 from sole-plate to wall-plate; short straight corner braces. 3-window front; C20 diamond-leaded casements; C20 boarded door between first and second windows from left with C20 thatched porch. C20 lean-to addition to right with 3-light casement to front and plain tile roof. Collar and tie-beam truss with queen struts and V-struts exposed in left-hand gable end. Interior: chamfered beams; open fireplace.
