Early to mid C19. The earliest part of the cottage was part of an early C19 pleasure gardens in St Peter's. Two storeys, knapped flint with rough flint dressings. The front elevation is of four bays, the centre two which contain the oldest part, projecting and with pediment over. The pediment contains a stone frieze with a reclining figure of Neptune flanked by mermaids. Quoins, two sashes in pointed head linings. Stringcourse. The central portion is flanked by wings of two storeys with hipped slate roofs. Rough flint stringcourse. Left side has one three-light sash with cambered head and brick surround and French window. The right side has one sash with glazing bars intact and a modern brick extension. Right side elevation has one sash with glazing bars intact and a modern glazed extension.
Group value with Old Parish Hall.
