Cottage in row. Early C19. Brick, English garden wall bond, colourwashed; plain clay tiled roof; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Above 16- pane horizontal-sliding sash windows; to lower bay 2 a 20-pane vertically sliding sash under false keystoned lintol; to bay 1 a Regency pattern 6-panel door with 2 toplights set in an architrave under moulded flat stone hood on shaped brackets; to left a small 3-centre-arched throughway, with deep lintol having false keystone. Interior not seen. One of a terrace of houses built along this side of the road in or soon after 1820, and probably of the last group to be built (VCH, Vol III, 1974).
