2. House. C16 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed; brick cladding; clay tile roofs. Casement and sash windows. Two storeys and one storey and attic. Various wings. In old central wing, roof descends low over three two-light ground floor windows; wide six-light canted bay attic window with roof over. Brick porch to right hand in front of old structure; tile-hung gabled first floor with two-light sash window. C19 two-storey wing to right hand; C19 wing also to left hand. Inside, timber frame is much in evidence e.g. in entrance hall and ground floor rooms, also first floor rooms.
