Originally farmhouse, now 2 cottages. Probably late C15 2 bay timber-framed open hall refronted in early C19 and refenestrated in C20. Rear elevation has exposed timber framing. 4 bays. First floor has exposed square framing with end tension braces. 3 bays have plaster infill and 1 has painted brick infill. Steeply pitched tiled roof with gablet and late C16 type ribbed brick chimneystack to left. 4 C20 casements and 2 modern doors. Front elevation has ground floor of painted brick and weather-boarded 1st floor. 4 mainly C20 casements. 1 Yokehurst Farm Cottage has a half glazed C20 door and Drapers Farm Cottage has a C20 lean-to. Side elevation is C19 brick to ground floor and is weather-boarded above. 1 Yokehurst Farm Cottage has exposed beams including a roll moulded dais beam.
