The following building shall be added:
STREAT TQ 31 NE 5/260 Jockeys

House. Probably early C17; altered late C18-early C19 and subsequently. Timber frame on rubblestone plinth clad in mathematical tile, tile-hanging, pinkish brick in Flemish bond and concrete render; plain tile roof; stack of old orangey brick. 2 storeys with attic; 3 bays, the left-hand bay added, probably early C19; rear outshut. North (entrance) elevation: ground floor of 2 right bays clad in late C18-early C19 black mathematical tile with quoins of red mathema- tical tile to ends and windows; 1st floor and left bay tile hung; one large- scantling wall post exposed in part, as also the eaves plate and rafter feet (old at centre). To centre of right-hand bays is board door in later opening; to either side a wide 3-light window with 4-pane lights and side-sliding sashes; a similar window to left bay, on ground floor, and to 1st floor of bay 2. Original stack on ridge in line with door has 4 flues with the central 2 reces- sed and cornice. Rear: rendered (scored as ashlar); 8-pane 2-light side- sliding sash window and board door on left; board door and similar 3-light window on right. Single-flue stack on left side of outshut. Left return: brick ground floor; 1st-floor rendered; gable tile-hung with 2-light attic window. Right return: a window to 1st floor and attic. Interior: not inspec- ted, but beams seen and also timber-framed wall with fairly large panels at former left end (between left-hand bays). In state of disrepair at time of inspection.
