A narrow fronted building with shop to ground floor. c.1900 by Beresford Pite. Red brick and Portland stone. Four storeys, basement and slated mansard. Plain early C20 shop front under stone entablature (1960s plate glass window). First floor has 3 round arched sash windows grouped under broad broken pediment with seated male and female figures carved on a baroque scale, flanking the single second floor window and supporting its open pediment. Plain sash windows to third floor finished off by parapet.
