Cottage. c.1740, mid C19, C20. Red brick. Slate roof with brick coped and tumbled gables, dentillated eaves continued as band across return walls, and single central C19 ridge stack. Lobby entrance. One and a half storeys, 3 bay front with central doorway with plank door. Doorway flanked by single C20 casements, all 3 ground floor openings with segmental heads. Single small glazing bar sliding sash above doorway.
