Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick with hipped slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys. Plinth, dentil brick eaves cornice (headers placed on edge); 2 brick ridge stacks, off-centre to left and right. 3 bays, centre projecting with triangular pedimented gable; 3-light segmental-headed wooden casements, painted imitation blind windows in first and second floors to right; central flush-panelled half-glazed door with 3-part overlight, moulded architrave, and mid- to late C19 gabled lattice wooden porch. 2-bay return fronts, left-hand with some painted imitation blind windows and right-hand return front with ground-floor glazing bar sash to left. One-storey service wing to rear. Interior noted as having a late C18 staircase with open string, shaped brackets and turned newels; also said to have late C18 fireplaces and panelled doors, and likely to have further fittings of interest.
