Cricket pavilion, 1908. Probably by Ernest George. Ashlar and wood. Slate roof with two projecting gable stacks, each with three shafts. Moulded wooden eaves band.
Two storeys, seven bays. The central five bays project. Over the central three bays is a pediment decorated with a coat of arms. Central archway with two ashlar blocks at the base, impost blocks, keystone and double iron gate. Flanked by single, similar, arches each containing a single glazing bar casement with fanlight over. Either side are single glazing bar casements and single flights of wooden quarter turn stairs leading to the first floor. The central five first floor bays consist of a single part glazed double door, flanked by two tripartite glazing bar casements with wooden panelling below. All divided by single Doric columns. The left side of this bay has a single, similar, two-light fixed light, and doorway with part glazed and panelled door, divided by a single similar column.
The right side has a single, similar, two-light fixed light, and a doorway with wooden panelled door, divided by a single similar column. The outer bays each have a single semi-circular glazing bar casement.
The rear, single storey plus basement, seven bay, front has a gable over the central three bays. Central doorway with panelled wooden door and segmental pedimented hood supported on wooden brackets. Flanked by three glazing bar sashes in raised ashlar surrounds. In the central gable is an oval glazing bar casement with raised ashlar surround and keystone at each of the four cardinal points.
