Farmhouse. Probably C17 with C18 or early C19 extension. Fine coursed rubble, concrete tiled roof, small end stack to left and large ridge stack to left of centre. Probably enveloped gable access longitudinal plan, oriented north/south. Two storeys, 4 windows. East elevation: ground floor has 3-light mid-C19 casement with central metal casement to bottom row left of entry, 5-light chamfered oak mullioned and transomed window under stone hood roughly in centre, 3-light mid-C19 casement under stone hood to right hand side; first floor has 3-light mid-C19 casement to left, 2-light C17 oak diamond section mullioned window axial with stack, two 3-light C19 casements to right hand side of large stack. Entry under pegged, chamfered door frame with stone label through ledged C17 door. To right full-height extension, probably late C18 or early C19 with 2 low ledged doors. Interior: chamfered plank and muntin screen divides north part of the ground floor from north side of principal room which has blocked diamond section oak mullioned window to west wall; draw-bar in situ behind former gable access door to east of fireplace protecting principal room from entrance lobby; exceptionally wide newel stair with oak treads rises from principal room to west side of fireplace. South end of first floor is longitudinally sub-divided by timber-frame partition with large square plastered infill panels.
