TQ 2981 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER NOEL STREET W1 57/100 23/11/78 No 5 - II House. Early C18, altered. 4 storeys, top one recently added (with single window). Brick. 2 windows (with altered glazing), C20 shopfront. Original panelling between staircase and rear rooms. Balustrade boxed in; shallow and possibly late C18. Anthemion frieze probably late C18 in 1st floor front room.
