Detached house. Early C19, probably modified late C19. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides; concrete double Roman tiles between stepped coped gables; stone end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys; 5 bays, of which bays 1 and 2 are probably of a different build date. Plinth, band course bays 3 to 5; 16-pane sash windows in plain surrounds; margined French windows under matching fanlights to lower bays 2 and 5, and to lower bay 4 a part-glazed recessed door in plain beaded and keystoned surround: north gable, at ground floor level, 2 semi-circular arched sash windows set in architraves. Interior not seen.
