Formerly known as Willington House.
C18 front but probably earlier behind the facade. Two storeys and attics plastered. Hipped tiled roof and wooden eaves cornice. Three hipped dormers containing casement windows. Four sashes with wide glazing bars intact. Architraves over ground floor windows. Gabled glass porch added in the C19. On the south wall is a chimney breast of stone rubble on the ground floor and plastered above with a red brick stack.
