House with outbuilding. C17 or early C18. Stone rubble, the house part partly roughcast, with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Dripcourse over ground-floor. Windows have timber lintels and 3- and 4-light fixed glazing with opening lights and possibly later glazing bars; 3rd bay has fire window. Entrance has slated gabled hood. Gable-end stack and cross-axial stack. Outbuilding has small-paned window under dripstone and pitching hole. Low covered well-head to front of outbuilding. Right return has raised entrance. Rear has stair wing under catslide roof; small window to left has chamfered timber frame and 2 intermediate bars; ground-floor and 1st floor windows to right. Outbuilding has blocked entrance, window and pitching hole. Interior has chamfered beams, corbelled fireplace and spice cupboard door in moulded frame.
