Details
FRITWELL EAST STREET SP52NW (West side) 3/30 No. 86 (St. Olave's) GV II
House. Late C18/early C19, and mid C19. Coursed squared limestone with some ashlar dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick gable stacks. Central-stair plan with added rear wing. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window front has 12-pane sashes in wide plain stone architraves with projecting vermiculated keyblocks; doorway, to right of centre, has a similar architrave, a 6-panel door and an open C19 porch with panelled columns. Shallow-pitched roof has wide eaves and verges with plastered soffits. Gables have small leaded casements. Rear stair window has a round-headed sash below a brick arch. Wing returns on left. Interior not inspected.
