Terrace. Early-mid C19. Yellow stock brick, roof concealed by parapet. On corner site. Three storeys and basement. Three bays to Harcourt Street, four to York Street. Altered C19 shop fronts with pilasters, fascia and cornice. Double doors to corner entrance. Recessed sashes with glazing bars throughout. Gauged brick flat arches to Harcourt Street and soldier arches to York Street. Basement railings with fleur-de-lys finials. Included for group value only.
