BURFORD AND UPTON WITNEY STREET AND SIGNET (North side) SP2512 (Enlargement) The Mill Coach House 7/243 and attached mounting block.

GV II Former mill stables now converted to house. Probably mid-cl9. Coursed and squared rubble with Cotswold stone roof. U-plan with pent link and further wing to right. 2 projecting gables with coped verges and finials the left-hand one with oculus, loft door with segmental head window below, the right-hand one with 2 part-blocked arches and a loft door over; mounting block by left-hand arch. Pent roofed lobby between gables with stable door in left-hand part and under-built lobby to right-hand part. Double doors to extension to right. A sensitive conversion even incorporating the horse boxes.
