Cottage or small house. Front probably an early-mid C19 remodelling. Rubble with Cotswold stone roof. 2 storeys and attic; 1 gabled dormer, 2 windows, 16-pane sashes on 1st floor, 20 pane sash to ground floor left, shallow angled bay to right. Earlier - c.1700 - chamfered oak doorway to right of centre, 4-panel door. Ashlar chimney to left, joined to adjacent house.
