Commercial premises with accommodation above. c1900. Ashlar, rendered to side and rear, roof not visible. 3 storeys. Fills a corner site. Single cell. Two 1st-floor windows. Ground floor has sill band, entablature and cornice which carries round the left return. Doorway to left of 3-light windows all articulated by short Ionic pilasters. Segmental-arched doorway with triple keystone and enriched lintel. Contemporary wrought-iron grilles to windows. 1st- and 2nd-floor windows have channelled wedge lintels, projecting sills and retain 16-pane sashes. Eaves cornice, balustraded parapet. Coped gables with end stacks. Left-hand return has ground floor in ashlar with 3-light segmental bow window with Ionic pilasters and wrought-iron grilles. Tall narrow arched stair-window above with voussoirs. Attached to left is wrought- and cast-iron railed enclosure.
