Early C19 house of 3 storeys and attic, 2 windows. Stock brick, the upper parts rebuilt in a light yellow brick which does not match. Parapet front, tiled mansard with dormers. Sash windows with glazing bars on upper floors. Ground floor round headed casements with transoms in round arched recesses. Left entrance extension stuccoed with cornice and blocking course. Modern door in round arched moulded architrave. Included for group value.
The railings, Nos 7 to 19 (consec) together with No 13A form a group with No 17 Lower Clapton Road.
