2. Late C18 country villa. Main west front of 2 storeys, 5 windows in centre block and 1-storey -window side wings. The ground falls away at either side, giving a 3-storey height at back and 2-storey round bows project from wings at either end. Yellow stock brick with stone cornice and balustraded parapet. 5 steps to full width Doric loggia of stone with fluted columns and balcony over. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with delicate glazing bars. At right end loggia with swept roof.
