House. Probably C17 with later alterations and possible rebuilding; coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and painted dressings; clay tile roof with coped verge to West; brick ridge stacks. 3-room lobby entry plan, possible former through-passage plan, front and back doors directly opposite stack. 2 storeys; 3 mullioned windows, flat faced mullions chamfered internally, all of 2 lights, containing casements, those to left larger; board door to left of centre with basket arch head, straight dripstones to ground floor windows and door; quoins to left hand bay above left hand jamb of doorway.
