House at end of row. Earlier C19. Ham stone ashlar facade, squared rubble to sides and rear; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain openings; to lower bay 2 a part-glazed door set in timber lattice porch with hipped metal roof; to north gable a 2-light chamfer-mullioned window in shallow recess to first floor. Interior not seen. About 3 metres west of house, on low stone wall, railings with hammered spearpoints to middle and top rails, with scroll links and spiked drops to top rail, cast acanthus finials to standards, and matching gate opposite door, returns each end to house; contributing to the setting of the house and to the streetscene.
