1. HACKNEY GROVE E8 5013 (West Side) ---------------- Nos 25 & 27 TQ 3484 25/228 II
2. Early C19 pair, each 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stock brick with parapet front. Gauged flat brick arches to modern casements, (No 25 wood, No 27 iron), except on ground floor which retains round headed sashes in round arched recesses. No 25 has door of 4 ornamental panels between delicately fluted pilasters supporting mutuled cornice head. Wide fanlight over with interlaced glazing bars and margin lights. No 27 has similar door flanked by slender fluted columns and side lights. Cornice head and wide fanlight under gauged brick round arch. Capable of restoration.
