Balanced terrace of houses Mid C19. Stucco. Three storeys and basement. Horizontal rustication to ground floor. Ionic porch. Continuous cast iron balcony to first floor. Bracketted cornices to first floor windows. Top floor windows with cambered heads. Centre and end houses (13, 18, 23) set forward with tripartite windows, arched to 2nd floor.
