Detached house. C18 with C19 Extension. Ham stone ashlar front, coursed squared rubble to sides and rear; plain clay
tiled undulating roofs over stone slate base courses, between coped gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks.
Two storeys, 5 bays. Plain mullioned windows set in simple architraves, 3-light except upper bay 3, which is 2-light,
with plain casements inserted; to lower bay 3 a part-glazed C19 door set in architrave with open stone porch having
Tuscan columns and pilasters, full plain entablature and flat roof. Single-storey extension against north gable; brick
in Flemish bond, hipped Welsh slate roof; octagonal stone chimney stack on square base: composite plain sash windows in
plain toothed Ham stone surrounds, blocked doorway to right. Interior not seen. About 3 metres west of house, cast iron
railings with cast bud finials set on low stone wall, with curved braces and matching gate opposite doorway, all
contributing to setting of house and to the streetscene.
