Semi-detached house. C17. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables;
brick end and intermediate
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 5 bays irregular fenestration. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows,
all 3-light except bay 1
which has a 2-light window above and a 4-light ovolo-mould window below; continuous label
below, stepped up over
cambered-arched doorway with C20 part-glazed door to bay 2; lower bay 3 blank. Interior not
seen. About 1.5m west of
house wrot iron railings with spearheads, with cast urn finials to standards; later gates opposite
door, adding to
setting of house and to the streetscene.
